All people must first register in the system to submit an article. Registration in the journal system is free for all people and does not require the approval of the system administrator. After completing the registration form, the password will be sent to your email. Therefore, use the correct email address that you have access to. After receiving the password, log in to the system, enter your article information, and send the original article file. When submitting an article, pay attention to the main description on the Writer's Guide page and the Terms and Conditions page. Use an address to register and submit a report. It is recommended to register in the system only once.

 

Levels

To register in the SBJ journal system, enter this address sbj.alzahra.ac.irthen select the "Register in the system" option from the "Login" menu.

All visitors to journals can register in the system. But ultimately, the system administrator determines the role of people in the system: the average user (reader) does not need to register, but the author must register in the system to submit an article. Also, the reviewers, editor, page layout, publisher, professional secretary, and editor must register in the system to play their roles.

 

 

Description of the registration form

  • Carefully complete the registration form.
  • First, specify how you register in the system. Specify your title. Correspondence with the same title is done with you.
  • Enter your first name, last name, level of education, academic rank and significance. This information helps the journal's editor make the right decision about evaluation and judging based on the available information.
  • In the case of bilingual publications, enter the English equivalent of your details carefully.
  • Phone number and cell phone number are also a must. Because in some cases, there is a need for immediate information, and the journal's editor must contact the people who have submitted articles or made corrections within a certain period to announce the available number.
  • If you have a dedicated page, save the exact address using the Ctrl + C keys and enter the desired location using the Ctrl + V keys.
  • If possible, upload a good image of yourself in the system.
  • Record the city of residence or work, the postal address along with the postal code, the organization of the place of study or service, and the organizational position or type of employment, for example, student of sport management or faculty member, etc.
  • Enter the email address and username carefully to complete the registration. Your email address can be used as a username. You should use your email address to complete the registration process. However, it is possible to use a custom username. If this name has not been registered in the system before, you can use it.
  • Use the correct email. In case you forget your password, it is possible to reset the password by entering a valid email address and sending it to your email address.
  • Select the option if you would like to collaborate on article judging or if you would like to receive a list of new articles.
  • If a specific explanation seems necessary, enter it in the description section.
  • To enter the information, enter the security ID and select the Save option.
  • The registration form is shown below. It is mandatory to complete the items marked with an asterisk.
  • Register only once.
  • If you forgot your password, use the reset password option.
  • Contact your internal manager or journal expert if you are registered in the system but do not know your username or email address.

 

Important points about the registration form:

  • The author’s ORCID researcher ID, he/she is necessary to enter this ID in the registration form. (Orchid is an ID or code assigned to identify the author, researcher, or researcher personally or organizationally. The difference is that the DOI belongs to the work, but ORCID to the author or researcher. To register for an ORCID ID, click this link and go to the ORCID registration guide.
  • Through this form, anyone can announce their readiness to judge articles and receive a list of new articles in the journal.
  • This system asks you for two separate email addresses. Be careful when entering the primary email address because the system sends it. 



Select the "Login" option to log in. Then log in using the username and password sent to your email.

 

Important things

  • After registration, the password will be sent to your email.
  • Remember the password and change it after you first log in.
  • Membership in the system is possible for everyone. By subscribing to the system, you can submit new articles or select your favorite articles from the articles published in the system and save and view them on your page.  
  • In some cases, the password will be sent to the SPAM folder. If you have not received the registration confirmation email in the system, please refer to this folder first and specify that the emails received from the system are not SPAM.
