چکیده
هدف: امروزه نابرابری جنسیتی در بیشتر عرصهها قابلمشاهده است؛ هدف این مطالعه فهم توسعه شغلی زنان در مدیریت ورزش ایران بوده است.
روش: این مطالعه به روش نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شده است. نمونه آماری در این مطالعه نخبگان دانشگاهی در رشتههای مدیریت ورزشی، مطالعات زنان و مدیریت بوده و مشارکتکنندگان 17 نفر از محققان و مدیران بودند. سه مرحله کدگذاری برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها انجام شد و کدهای محوری در چهار سطح دسته بندی شده و سه سازه هر سطح را تشکیل دادند.
یافتهها: خروجی مطالعه حاضر مدل سادهای از سازهها و روابط متقابل توسعه شغلی زنان در مدیریت ورزش ایران است. با بهکارگیری این مدل، مدیران و سازمانهای ورزشی ایران میتوانند تصویری ساده از مسیر پیچیده توسعه شغلی زنان به دست آورند و میتوان از آن برای بررسی عوامل و روابط بهمنظور بهبود وضع موجود و برنامهریزی برای آینده توسعه شغلی زنان استفاده کرد.
اصالت و ابتکار مقاله: یکی از چالشهای مدیریت ورزش در ایران حضور کم رنگ زنان در سطوح ارشد سازمانهای ورزشی و ابهام در شکلگیری میسرهای توسعه شغلی آنها است. پژوهش حاضر تلاش کرده است؛ با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد تصویری واقعی از وضعیت پیچیده مسیرهای پیشرفت شغلی زنان در سازمانهای ورزشی نشان دهد.
